I led the strategy, copy, and creative for our first purchase journey across SMS and email. After checkout, customers receive a friendly text that opens with “Go raibh maith agat” and links to knitwear care tips to reduce post purchase questions and reinforce our Irish heritage. A concierge welcome email from our Online Manager, follows with clear ways to get help, join events, and browse seasonal favorites. On the second purchase, the program adds a personal note from Margaret that thanks them and shares what she is wearing. Together, these touches reassure, educate, and move new customers toward repeat loyalty.
